The conference will be held on July 10, 2003 in Pasadena, California, and is chaired by Dr. Jim Heath of Caltech. The conference is produced by Larta, a prominent think tank for technology businesses, in collaboration with Caltech, the California NanoSystems Institute, Rockwell Scientific Company, UCSB, UCLA, USC, and UC Irvine.
